Steps to make Vegetable Chili Garlic Noodle Spring Roll:
  1. Boil water in a big pan. Add Oil, Salt and Noodles to boiling water. - Let it boil for 10 -15 minutes or till the noodles are cooked 90%. Turn off the flame, strain the noodles and wash in cold water. Apply some oil on your hands and run it through the noodles. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat pan on high heat. Add Sesame Oil and let it warm a little. Don't heat it too much. Add Garlic, Chilli Flakes, Green Chillies and Onions. Mix well and Cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add Boiled Noodles and Mix everything well. Add Black Pepper Powder, Soya Sauce, Vinegar and Chilli Sauce. Mix all ingredients well.
  5. For the dough. Knead the ingredients together to form a dough.
  6. For Spring Rolls - Place one wrap on a flat surface. - Add and spread some noodles on the wrap.Leave some room on the sides. - Fold in the sides and roll. - Once you reach the end, put some batter on the edges and roll. this will help seal the edges. - Repeat the process for all rolls and keep aside.
  7. For Shallow Frying. - Heat some oil until medium hot. - Add spring rolls and fry on both sides until golden brown. - Garnish with Spring Onion Greens and Serve with hot sauce
