Instructions to make Veg Manchurian:
  1. Take a bowl mix grated cabbage and carrot and add salt, black pepper powder, cornflour and all purpose flour mix them well and make balls..
  2. Take a pan heat oil for frying.. once heated drop the balls fry till golden brown and take them out in kitchen towel.. our Manchurian balls are read..
  3. For gravy.. take a pan heat oil add garlic fry them for 20-25 sec add chopped green çhillies and then chopped onion cook them till transparent.. add all the sauces and than 1 and half cup water.. Now let it boil..
  4. In the meanwhile take a small bowl combine cornflour with 2 tbspn water and mix well.. Once the gravy start boiling pour this mixture and let it boil again..
  5. When it start becoming little thick add the Manchurian balls into the gravy and cook it for more 2-3 mints..
  6. Now add the chopped green onions and cook again for 2 minutes and then switch off the flame.. Our yummy veg Manchurian is ready enjoy them with roti or fried rice..
