- Mix together until a solid ball then dust your side with flour and knead your mixture
- Leave to stand for 30 minutes
- Then cut the mixture into equal sections, dust your side with flour and roll out each section with a rolling pin until flat, roughly 3-4 mm in depth
- Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, when oil is hot add the breads and cook on both sides until cooked (roughly 4-5 minutes)
- Optional - if you wish to add herbs to your bread then add this to the mixture after it has rested for 30 minutes and mix it before sectioning and rolling out
