Instructions to make Healthy Dalia pulao:
  1. Ingredients for dalia pulao… 2 cup dalia.. chopped veggies(capsicum,onion,carrot,cabbage,green chillies,beans, coriander leaves)..dry kasuri leaves, peanut,ginger,salt,hing,jeera
  2. First of all…heat 2 TSP oil in a pan…add dalia and roast it for 10 minutes..till it gets a nice aroma…keep it aside…again add 2 TSP olive oil…and add jeera,then peanut.. ginger…and carrot..saute it well for 4 minutes
  3. Now add chopped veggies…stir it well..for 5 minutes…don't over fry it…add salt…little bit black pepper powder..saute it again for 1-2 minutes…then add dalia
  4. Fry it for 5 minutes…then add kasuri leaves.. green chillies and hing powder…stir it again for 2 minutes…then add 4 cup water…(note..if you use 2 cup dalia..then use water in the double quantity..here I have taken 2 cup dalia..4 cup water)
  5. Once boil come in the water…cover the lid and set the flame in low for 20 minutes…keep checking in between…..after 20 minutes…add coriander leaves…and it's ready to serve
