The ingredients needed to make Veg Fried Rice:
- Make ready 250 gm boiled rice
- Prepare 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
- Take 1 onion finely chopped
- Get 3-4 garlic pods finely chopped
- Prepare 3-4 french beans finely chopped
- Get 1 green capsicum finely chopped
- Make ready 1/2 yellow bell pepper finely chopped (optional)
- Make ready 1/2 red bell pepper finely chopped (optional)

- Get to taste Salt
- Get 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp Chings fried rice masala
- Make ready 1 tbsp soya sauce
- Take 1 tsp chilli sauce
- Get 1 tbsp vinegar
- Get 2 tbsp oil
Instructions to make Veg Fried Rice:
- In a wok, heat oil and add garlic, saute for a min.
- Add onion and let it cook for few mins on a high flame.
- Once the onion is transulant, add all other vegetables (you can add or remove any other vegetables of your choice)
- Mix everything and let it cook for 3-5 mins on a high flame.
- Reduce the flame and add salt,black pepper powder and chings fried rice masala (you can add noodles masala if you don't have fried rice masala). Give a nice mix.
- Next goes in the boiled rice. Followed with soya sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar. Give a good mix to everything. (Increase the flame to high at this stage)
- Adjust salt and other ingredients if required.
- Add spring onion greens. And sprinkle very little water with your hand. And then give a final mix.
- Fried Rice is ready to serve.
