- Heat the steamer.. once water come to boil apply oil to your palm & prepare Muthiya from the dough.Place it in the steamer directly..Cover the lid & let it cook for 25 minutes on medium flame.
- Now cut muthiya inlo small pieces.Now addf tadka For that take 3tbsp of oil on kadai.then add mustard seeds sesame seeds. hing.chopped green chillies. & curry leaves. Saute for a while add Muthiya to it Mix well & serve hot.
