- Take 1 cup Flax seeds

A friend passed us a ladoo couple of months back, with jaggery, and had sesame in it. I loved the texture a lot, slightly. Flaxseeds laddu (sweet) are delicious as well as healthy dessert. They are are also a very Black sesame seeds, and poppy seeds are also a very good source of minerals.
Instructions to make Flaxseed-Peanut-Sesame laddoo:
- Dry roast all the ingredients separately and let them cool. Grind it to get a little chunky powder.
- Boil a cup of water, add a tsp ghee and jaggery powder. Mix until jaggery dissolves completely.
- Add all the roasted, ground ingredients into the jaggery syrup and mix nicely
- Make small nutritious balls when warm and store it in airtight container when it cools down.
Thanks to my aunt who shared. Til ke laddu or sesame ladoos are traditional Indian sweet balls made with sesame seeds, jaggery and cardamom powder. These ladoos / balls are rich in Iron and calcium, so they are great snacks for kids. We all know that sesame seeds, flax seed and sunflower seeds are healthy and have a lot of nutrients and minerals. I don't want to go in to too much detail about the nutritional aspects of each seed, as then it would be a long post.
