  2. Take 1 cup makhana

Steps to make Energy Ladoo:
  1. Dry roast all ingredients, cool it, then makes a fine powder. Dry roast the desiccated coconut. Heat a pan add 1 tbsp ghee.
  2. Add jaggery stir continuously to melt the jaggery & mix with ghee.put the roasted coconut with jaggery. Off the gas.
  3. Add all powder mixture. Mix well & make ladoo. Energy ladoo is ready. Preserve it an airtight container. It is a healthy & tasty ladoo.In Winter it's the best ladoo.
