I liked the addition of the pesto and as some previously suggested tossed the chicken in the pesto before adding to the lasagne. Remove chicken and shred or chop into bite-size pieces. Spoon on half of mushroom mixture. A succulent white lasagna with olive oil white sauce, chicken and portobello and shitake mushrooms sauteed with fresh rosemary.
