- Grease the oil, and arrange the steamer. Take small portion of the batter in another bowl add salt and baking soda.
- Mix it well. Pour in greased plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder and cumin seeds.
- Place the plate in heated steamer. Steam it for 15-20 min. Off the gas and let the Dhokla get cool. Cut the pieces and serve with ketchup and mayo. Dhokla can be tempered or can eat just like this
