  1. Wash and boil 1 cup red lentil.
  2. Take beef, 2 cups warm water, ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chilli, 1 tsp turmeric, some salt, 2 chopped onion and 1 cup oil in the pan and cook it.
  3. Boil the red lentil.When the meat tenders, add in the lentil. - Add in 2 cups of hot water add 1 tsp all spice powder.
  4. The end, add in 1 tsp roasted and crushed cinnamon, 1 bunch mint leaves, 2 lemon juice, 4 green chilies and 2 chopped ginger
  5. Cook it for 5 minutes and serve.
  6. Serve daal gosht with plain rice and salad.
