  2. Strain it. Take a grinder jar add dal and rice, green chillies, ginger. Grind it.
  3. Add water and grind in smooth batter. Take out in a bowl.
  4. Add salt and chopped Veggies, coriandor leaves. Mix it well
  5. Add Pepper powder and if required add water. Heat up a tava or pan. Grease with oil and rub it with kitchen towel. Keep flame Medium -high. Pour one laddle batter on hot tava.
  6. Spread it and cover it. One side done sprinkle some oil on it.
  7. Flip to other side. Cover it and cook it well. Make all Uttapam. And serve hot with coconut chutney, spicy peanut Chutney.
