Steps to make Saag ChadChadi:
  1. Chop all the vegetables and fry the bodi, keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai, add panch phoron and chilli cook for 1 minute then add vegetables, salt to taste, turmeric powder - mix well and cover and cook for 10 minutes then stir it in intervals.
  3. Then add saag, bodi, sugar, cumin powder and ghee mix well again cover and cook until vegetables are well cooked. Serve hot with rice.
