  12. Take 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  13. Take 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  14. Prepare Salt as per your taste
  15. Make ready 1 tablespoon Chole Masala
  16. Take 1 tablespoon Garlic ginger paste
  17. Take 1 Tea bag
  18. Make ready 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  19. Take 1 green chilli for garnishing
  20. Make ready 1 lemon for garnishing

Steps to make Chole Bathure:
  1. For Bathura: Take a bowl.Put maida, Salt and Curd and mix thoroughly….Now gradually add water and start kneading a soft dough….Grease it well with oil and keep it covered with little wet cloth for 1 hour.
  2. After 1 hour, Take a small portion of dough and roll into small ball. Now put this ball on rolling board and roll the bathuras of your desired shape….
  3. Now take a pan. Add oil..Heat the oil, Then put the bathuras into oil and fry until it turns golden brown both the sides……Bathura is ready😊
  4. Chole: Wash the Channa,Then soak them overnight in water……Now Take a cooker, Add water and pinch of salt and also put tea bag in cooker…Close the lid and boil it for upto 3 whistles…
  5. Now, Take a pan, Add oil and heat the oil, Then add Cumin seeds and onions..Mix well….Then add ginger garlic paste and mix again and cook it until it turns golden brown..
  6. Then add salt, Red chilli powder and Turmeric powder….Again mix well and then add tomato puree and cook it well to remove rawness of tomatoes and until oil gets separated
  7. Now add chickpeas and add little water and cook well….
  8. In last, Add chole Masala and mix all well..Cook for 10 minutes more…Garnish with thin onion slices and green chilli and Lemon
  9. Serve hot with Bathuras and Tea☕
