  3. Now add haldi, garam masala,dhaniya powder,Kashmiri lal mirch, chana masala, salt,red chilli powder, amchoor powder and kasuri methi..now add little bit water and cook for 1 min..add boiled chole and gently mix..add required Chole ka pani..and cook for 10 min..
  4. Now prepare tadka, take a pan add oil, add slit green chilli,1 tsp mustard seeds, chana masala and bay leaves..pour on chole and serve.
  5. For bhature- take maida in a bowl,add salt,suji, baking soda and powder. add curd and by adding water make a smooth dough…and let it rest for 3-4 hours…and take a ball and roll it with the help of oil and deep fry the bhaturas till golden brown.
