  3. Roll the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Use your hands to shape the dough into a rectangle.
  4. Use a large knife to score the dough into crackers then transfer the sheet to a baking tray.
  5. Bake at 180 C for about 20 mins until just starting to brown on the edges. They don’t harden up much on cooking so try and wait until they feel firm to bring them out.
  6. Cool and top with your favourite spread.
