  2. Then add pineapple essence and Water. - Beat for 5 minutes in clockwise direction. - Add oil then beat for 5 minutes on low speed.
  3. Transfer in a greased circle mold. Microwave:Set temperature at 160 degree celcius for 30minutes - - Cooker: Remove whistle and keep the mold and close with lid.Keep it on low flame for 30-35minutes
  4. Allow the cake to cool. Once done then cut the cake into two halves. It's time to assemble the cake. On a board or plate put layer of cake, soak evenly with sugar syrup, add pineapple cubes evenly. Add top layer of cake, with the help of whipping cream cover the sides and top layer of the cake. Keep it in frigde for about 2-3 hours.
  5. Design the cake with yellow whipping cream with the help of star nozzle. Make eyes and smile with help of back fondant.
