  1. Preheat oven to 220°C grill
  2. Brown onion in sauce pan with 25ml olive and seed oil blend
  3. Add tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes
  4. Roast chillies, red bell peppers and garlic in oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly brown
  5. Peel the peppers
  6. Put everything in a food processor and liquidise until smooth
  7. You can store the sauce in a glass container in the fridge for months
