  1. MACARONI: boil a pot of water. Add 2 pinches of Salt, 1 Tbsp Olive Oil and then add the Macaroni. Cook it until al dente, remove, strain and set aside.
  2. SAUCE: melt 2 Tbsp of Butter and then add the Curry Powder then mix well. Add the Milk, Shallots, Ginger, Fenugreek and Salt. Bring it to a simmer. Then add the Cheeses and mix well.
  3. ASSEMBLY: add the Macaroni to the Sauce, mix well and serve.
