Steps to make Cup cake:
- Heat oven to 350°F
- In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, salt and baking powder
- In a bowl(electric mixer bowl) beat the sugar together with the butter until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs into the batter (dropping one at a time) and continue to beat until it's all mixed up then add the vanilla extract
- Add the flour and mix then add the milk and beat until incorporated
- Divide the batter into 4 separate bowl
- Add different colours to the 3 different bowls leaving the fourth one plain (I used red,pink and blue as seen above)
- Divide the batter into different baking cups/ cupcakes liner adding the plain batter in the middle of each
- Bake until wooden pick inserted into it come out clean
- Allow to cool down for about 20 mins
