Dip the potato barrels in the batter and deep fry until golden brown. Remove on kitchen towel to absorb any excess oil.
  4. Knead the dough and make 10 to 12 equal balls. Roll one ball dusting some flour and make a cut from the centre. Spread green chutney and sprinkle some dry garlic chutney.
