  1. Soak soya chunks in warm water for five minutes. Squeeze of the excess water.
  2. Add soya chunks and green chilli in a blender and blend them to a coarse texture.
  3. Add bread slices in a grinder and grind it for bread crumbs.
  4. Grate potatoes in a bowl.
  5. Add onions, bread crumbs, soya mixture, salt, chat masala, red chilli flakes, garlic powder and mix herbs in it. Mix well.
  6. Add grated cheese in it. Mix well.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Divide the mixture in to equal portions and make round balls. Flatten them with your palm.
  9. Deep fry these cutlets until golden and crispy.
