- Pressure cook ripe guava to one whistle.
- Grind in mixer and the sieve the guava paste.
- Take equal quantities of guava pulp and sugar.
- In a non stick pan take guava pulp, sugar, colour, lemon juice and butter.
- Mix well.
- Cook on medium flame till the mixer starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Add remaining butter to have extra shine.
- Pour in a greased pan, level with a spoon and let it set overnight.
- Cut into cubes or any shape u want.
