Steps to make Griled fish:
- Clean the fishes and remove the scales and bones
- Beat the egg into a container and egg the dry 1tsp of garlic and the 3tsp of fish spice
- Put the fish in the egg wash and allow to rest for 2 minutes
- Set oven to 275 degrees and allow to bake/grill for 20 minutes..drizzle with lemon juice and ready to serve
- Served mine with rice
