- Then fry for 1 minute
- Add the Lamb and stir in
- Add all the dried ingredients then the boiling water
- Then the chicken stock and sultanas let it boil then add the mango chutney, Apple dauce and diced apple and stir cook for 45 minutes.
- Take off the heat and when cooled a little add the yogurt and stir in. Bring to the boil and stir. Then serve on a bed of Basmatti rice.
