- Add the bitter leaves, crayfish, bkack pepper and crumbles the last bouillon cube over, stir gently and taste for salt…allow to simmer for 3 mins and voila the soup is ready.
- Dish soup into your favourite soup bowl and enjoy with semo or wheat. A friend told me recently that people from Ondo state, Western part of Nigeria usually prepare this Okra and Bitter leave soup but they eat their with Pounded Yam..ππΈπΉ
