- Stir very well and the soup is ok.In a separate pot,boil the periwrinkle with little amount of water add salt to taste.Then pour inside the soup.
- Pour hot water in a bowl,sprinkle the garri in it.
- Allow it to cool for 5minutes then turn with a spartula.
