Instructions to make Robin's Baked Mac & Cheese:
  1. Note: I always double this recipe and it still turns out great.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grate cheese and set aside.
  3. Boil pasta until al dente. Rinse with cool water, place back in pot, and add a little butter to keep from sticking.
  4. Over medium heat melt salted butter in a sauce pan. Add mustard and dry ingredients, stirring for 2 minutes. Pour in milk and whisk for 10 minutes until thickened. Add 2 cups of cheese into the sauce until melted.
  5. Pour sauce over the pasta and stir.
  6. Add half of the pasta to a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Layer the other half of the pasta on top and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese and bread crumbs.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is bubbling and browned.
