  1. Except oil & ash gourd leaves mix all the ingredients, then add water in it & make a thick batter.
  2. Rub pinch of salt, turmeric powder, maggi noodle masala(optional) in ash gourd leaves.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, in medium low heat, dip the leaves in batter, then slowly put them in the pan & fry.
