- In a separate pan fry the cod with olive oil till it gets crispy. Around 5 minutes
- Add the salt, pepper and seasoning to the tomato as you like.
- Add the cod to the tomato sauce and cook it together for another 5 minutes.
- Serve accompanied with bread, it's delicious to deep it in the sauce!!!
