- Rinse and pat dry the aubergine. Make a layer in an ovenproof dish.
- Add layer of mince then another layer of aubergine. Then another layer of mince. Sprinkle with cheese. As much or as little as you like.
- Bake in oven for 30 mins at 180 degrees.
- Serve with Greek Salad.
