- In a heavy bottom pan add oil,add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 1minute.add onions paste and cook until oil separates. Add cream, salt and sugar. Mix well add 1/2 cup of warn milk.
- At the time of serving add kofta in a plate and serve hot with chapattis or naan.
