- Cut the raw mangoes
- Mix salt and turmeric into it
- Dry inthe sun for two days
- Now prepare a powder of the mustard and five spices
- Add this into the mango along with red chilli Powder
- Grind the jaggery and mix into it
- Pour this into a jar
- Now heat oil and pour into the jar and shale the jar well so that everything get combined
- Keep in sun for at least one week
