  2. In a bowl, take equal quantity of cream and chocolate and melt it in microwave or using double boiler method. Mix well.

  4. Fill the biscuit mixture in a pastry tin and spread evenly. Freeze for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove and unmould the pastry. Pour some ganache over and sprinkle some almond flakes.
