- After roasting, dry grind it and keep it aside. Grind Sugar also a fine powder. Now mix Daal, Powdered Sugar, Nuts and Cardamom powder well. Add in the melted Ghee also. After mixing well, it's ready to be shaped into Laddus. At this point, if required, add Milk and start shaping into medium-sized balls.
- Yummy, healthy and nutritious Laddus are ready to be served. These can be stored in airtight containers and relished up to 20 days.
