  1. Cook Carrots and Milk in a large Kadai half covered for about 15 minutes or so on a low heat. Do not cook on a high heat. The Carrots will be tender and soft in no time at all.
  2. Now add the rest of the ingredients except the last one and mix well. Increase the heat to a high and cook until Sugar dissolves and a nice aroma starts emanating. Keep stirring it every now and then to ensure even cooking. In about 15 minutes or a little more, Ghee starts leaving the sides.
  3. Garnish with slivered Almonds and Pistachios. Serve hot immediately after meals as a yummy after meal dessert. Enjoy!
