The ingredients needed to make Shahi Tukda:
  1. Take 8 Bread slices
  2. Take 500 ml full cream Milk
  3. Prepare 1 cup Sugar
  4. Get 1/2 cup Water
  5. Take 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  6. Take 1 tbsp Dry Milk powder
  7. Take 1 tbsp Almond flakes
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp Pistachios flakes
Instructions to make Shahi Tukda:
  1. Cut bread slices from middle.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry bread slices till brown.
  3. Make a sugar syrup from sugar and water.
  4. Dip fried bread pieces in sugar syrup for 1 minute and then remove from it.
  5. Place these bread pieces in serving plate.
  6. For Rabdi, boil milk on low flame till it starts thicken and reduced in to half.
  7. Add sugar, cardamom powder and milk powder.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes and let it cool at room temperature.
  9. Pour this rabdi over sweet bread pieces and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
