  1. Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews and raisins.
  2. Boil milk on low flame till it becomes thick.
  3. Wash and strain poha.
  4. Add wet poha in milk and mix well.
  5. Add cardamom and cook on low flame till it starts thicken.
  6. Add sugar and mix well.
  7. In last, add rose essence and switch off the flame.
  8. Garnish with fried cashews, raisins and almond flakes and serve.
