- Get 3 tbsp vanila flavored custard powder

- Warm 2 glasses of milk - Mix 3 spoons of readymade custard powder - In cold milk mix nicely

- Take thandai powder in a small bowl. Mix with 2 spoons of milk. Just like a paste
- Add this paste to the boiling custard and give a nice stir
- When you get a smooth and thick consistency of custard switch off the gas - - Let it cool completely
- Garnish with dry fruits of your choice. I have used slivered pistachios and almonds.
- Decorate with fresh rose petals - ice, in order to cool it.
- Once cold, cover the custard with cling film, in direct contact with the surface, and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before use.
- Eggless custard is ready to be enjoyed Serve in a bowl or short glasses.
